Sexual Assault Awareness in Rutherford County

Organizations both on and off campus are working during sexual assault awareness month to bring light to issues that are prevalent in Murfreesboro. This package for Middle Tennessee News highlights two organizations, the June Anderson Center, and the Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Center as they share important information on this special subject, as well as information on how the community can participate throughout the month of April and in the future.

During the month of March, I put this package together For Middle Tennessee News in celebration of women's history month, and in reflection of the 50th Anniversary of the Recording Industry Program at MTSU. Beverly Keel, Dean of the College of Media and Entertainment had. lot to say about the impact of women in the recording industry. Student artist sav. remarked on her experience as an up and coming female artist.

Fall in Love with Fayettville

For this Social Media Video I interviewed two vendors at the Fall in Love with Fayetteville fall festival and heard their views on the festival as it was happening. I was able to hear first person perspective on the festival. I was able to see a local band playing as customers were shopping and socializing with other Fayetteville locals.
